If I arrive and find the roof is in such a state that a one-day repair is not viable or effective, I will not charge you for the repair slot. Instead, I will treat the visit as a Professional Consultation. I will explain the technical issues and provide a detailed quote for the necessary reconstruction via your Client Portal.
