- Half-Day Booking: This is my standard minimum session for any site visit. It covers the time for mobilization, professional leak detection, and localized repairs. Most common issues are resolved within this initial 4-hour window.
- Full-Day Booking: For projects that require more extensive attention or where the investigation and repair work extend beyond the initial four hours, the service is naturally categorised as a full-day session.
- Weather Considerations: For a repair to be reliable and long-lasting, materials like torch-on felt and specialist sealants must be applied to a dry surface. If it is currently raining, I will prioritise your case, identify the source of the leak, and schedule the actual repair for the earliest possible dry window to ensure a professional bond.
